The Game Cart
The Game Cart Company has been established to promote the eating of Game both in and out of season. The Company is based in the North East of England and has within its management both sportsmen and caterers. The aim of the company is to offer restaurant quality mobile catering at private and public events and venues. We intend to bring to our clients and the show going public the freshness and taste of well managed and well cooked game throughout the year.
From venison to salmon, from partridge to grouse all will be available from our efficient mobile kitchen and served either at tables or in a "butty". Cold or hot, imaginative dishes will be on offer together with a glass of wine. We trust that your Country Fair, your Corporate Event or even your Shooting Lunch will provide an ideal setting for The Game Cart to promote the taste of the harvest of the countryside.
